Some senior alumni have been kind enough to take time from their tight schedules and review the book. Their thoughts shared below
An excellent read ;simply unputdownable. It refreshes lot of memorable memories of IIMA.And frankly speaking Ritesh and Neeraj have been very modest while introducing the book. A MUST READ after Five Point Someone and equally enthralling as well as informative. Hats off to you both . Hope this effort is sustained over the years to come. IIT "geniuses" like Chetan Bhagat are going to find it difficult to better this effort of the "FIGHTERS"

"I enjoyed every bit of this masterpiece! Once I started reading it, I only stopped after finishing the very last page. It took me back 32 years...For all of us from the IIMs, there are lots of emotions in these pages mixed with lot of humour.
The contribution to the Manjunath Trust is also laudable. We need more people to show such commitment to larger causes so that "IIM" becomes a World Class Brand with a good heart!"

"A fast-paced narrative that captures the tension of campus placements. The first thing I felt while reading this was it could've been me. The mix of different emotions is well presented and easy to relate to. The dash of humour and use of vernacular phrases makes an interesting read. "Extras", a part and parcel of Indian middle-class, are one of the many innovative ingredients that make it a spicy and smooth read."

"A very entertaining read ... one person's 'insider' perspective of the MBA system at a premier b-school. Although fictional, it remains grounded just enough in reality to evoke nostalgia in most MBA graduates (and perhaps anger in a few)... the protagonist's transformation from aimless (and carefree) youngster to a more world-wise, focused and ambitious executive at the threshold of a 'corporate life' has been beautifully described."

"An addictive, attention-grabbing account of life at IIMs. I could see half of my batchmates fit into the shoes of 'Shekhar Verma'. The key features of this book are its realism, lack of political correctness, and the human element to Shekhar's love life...The authors have done an excellent job of capturing the range of emotions - excitement, disappointment, turmoil, joy - that is a part and parcel of MBA life."

"I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book as it took me back to my days at IIMB. The story served as a time travelogue and evoked nostalgia as I could see myself on the IIMB campus all over again trying to come to terms with the rigors - old and new alike. The authors have woven a racy story thats very readable - I finished the book in quick time and enjoyed every minute of it!"
